JOIN US IN BUILDING THE PARISH MOVEMENT
It’s not hard to find heartbreaking problems, both within and well beyond the Church. We hear about them each and every day. What often goes unseen are the steady, quiet communities choosing to root their lives in a particular place, practicing presence, hospitality, and love in ordinary ways.
Parish Collective exists to notice this faithfulness and to connect it.
From the beginning, our guiding intuition has been simple but persistent: the future of the Church will not be built through strategies alone. It will grow as people learn to pay attention to their neighborhoods, to one another, and to the Spirit already at work among them.
Simply, we believe the movement we desperately need doesn’t so much need to be created, it needs to be connected.
After years of walking alongside leaders, neighborhoods, and congregations, three convictions continue to guide our work. If these resonate, if they feel worth tending, we invite you to support this work through your generosity.
1. We believe the Body of Christ (the Church) is the hope of the world. We’re honest about the wounds many carry and the trust that must be rebuilt. And still, we continue to encounter communities practicing repentance, repair, and renewal in local, embodied ways. We believe that when the Church is rooted in place, accountable to neighbors, and oriented toward love, it becomes a source of hope the world still needs.
2. We believe the neighborhood (or parish) is the unit of change. Change becomes real when it is lived block by block, relationship by relationship. The neighborhood is where faith meets daily life, where discipleship and public good are held together, and where God’s renewing work becomes visible and shared.
3. We believe leadership is convening. The future we long to see absolutely will require leadership, and it will look like warm invitations, creative environments, and rhythms and structures for peer networks to grow, rather than technique oriented solutions. This is the work we are trying to do.
If you felt your heart rate rise, or even if you found yourself wanting to trust that these ideas could be true we are asking you for an investment of time, attention, and financial resources.
Your generosity makes this work possible.
Through your giving, Parish Collective convenes leaders across cities and neighborhoods, develops shared practices rooted in place, and strengthens relationships that sustain long-term faithfulness. Your support helps connect people to one another, to wise companions, and to the resources needed to live into their calling where they are.
Thank you for being part of this work and for investing in a more connected, rooted expression of the Church.
With gratitude,

“Parish Collective gave our family a new imagination for what church could be and it showed us that we weren’t alone. We felt God calling us in a new direction, and Parish Collective were the right people at the right time.”
